Clarke about a tipping point in human evolution. Montreal-based musician Devon Welsh, who goes by Majical Cloudz, has announced his debut full-length record Impersonator, which is due out May 27 via Matador. "Childhood's End" follows a peaceful alien invasion of Earth by the mysterious Overlords, whose arrival ends all war and turns the planet into a near-utopia.
